Yauatcha, part of Hakkasan Group, home to the internationally acclaimed Hakkasan and Yauatcha restaurants, is seeking an experienced and passionate Deputy Head Sommelier to join our team at Yauatcha City & Yauatcha Soho.
This is an experienced opportunity to support the Head Sommelier in leading the wine programme within a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional wine service, and ensuring the highest standards of knowledge and guest experience within a world-class brand.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Sommelier or Deputy Head Sommelier within a premium restaurant or luxury hospitality environment
- Strong wine knowledge with WSET Level 3 (minimum); WSET Level 4 or equivalent is desirable
- Experience contributing to wine list development, purchasing and stock management
- Strong organisational skills with commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and educate guests
- Proven ability to support, coach, and develop junior team members
- A genuine passion for wine and delivering exceptional hospitality
- Flexibility to work across both Yauatcha locations, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
