STEP Academy Trust is an exciting, dynamic place to work that can offer great opportunities to the right candidate. We are looking to appoint a Deputy Head Teacher to join the team in Hawkes Farm Academy, who can develop capacity.
The Successful Candidate Must Be
- A leader who will have significant input into curriculum development and coherence
- Creative, strategic thinkers
- Inspirational teachers, who can lead and motivate others
- Organised individuals who are able to multi-task under pressure
- Staff with a ‘can do’ attitude, and high expectations of themselves and others
- Effective communicators, who can clearly articulate a vision for the Academy
