Role: Deputy Head Teacher
Location: Retford
Package: Up to £55,000 per year
About The Role

Teachers UK are working with an excellent SEND school in the Retford area and are looking for a Deputy Head Teacher to work on a permanent basis.
This role is suitable for somebody already working as a Deputy Head or Assistant Head or an experienced Teacher with extensive SEMH or behaviour experience that is looking for the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities
- To work closely with the Head Teacher on the day to day running of the school.
- To help the continuous development of the Teachers and HLTA's within the school.
- To liaise with internal and external professionals to ensure the best level of education and development for the pupils.
- To help support EHCP's, referrals and transitions for students into the school.
