We are looking for an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to join our school at an exciting time in our journey. We are seeking a warm, approachable and highly motivated leader who will work alongside our Headteacher to share our vision, ambition and commitment to every child.
Our school is rapidly moving forward, with a clear focus on improving outcomes, strengthening teaching and learning and removing barriers so that every child can thrive. We are looking for someone who is solution-focused, positive and collaborative; someone who sees challenges as opportunities and who will bring energy, ideas and a strong sense of purpose to our leadership team. We are a two-form entry primary school, with some year groups currently smaller than others, providing an exciting opportunity for a leader to help shape our continued development. You will work alongside a caring and committed Governing Body who provide both support and appropriate challenge, and alongside staff who are ambitious for themselves and their pupils and want to become the very best they can be. Most importantly, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference: developing your leadership, inspiring others and helping to create the very best opportunities for our children and their futures.

Closing date for applications is 4.00pm on Monday 12 October with interviews held on Monday 19 October 2026. Shortlisted candidates will be notified on Wednesday 14 October.
