Highfields Primary Academy is seeking an exceptional and ambitious leader to join our dedicated team as Deputy Headteacher. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the next stage of our school's development and help ensure every child achieves their very best. The academy is part of Primitas Learning Partnership, a collaborative multi-academy trust committed to empowering schools to provide the education every child needs and deserves.

The Opportunity
Working closely with the Headteacher, governors and trust leaders, the successful candidate will:
- Provide inspirational leadership across the school.
- Drive excellence in teaching, learning and curriculum development.
- Lead and support school improvement initiatives.
- Develop and coach staff to achieve the highest standards.
- Champion inclusion, safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
- Help shape the strategic direction of the academy.
- Build strong partnerships with families, the local community and trust colleagues.
