Job Description
We are a large and nurturing home on the outskirts of March that cares for four young people between the ages of 11 - 18 with emotional and behavioural needs. Our young people are supported at the home and in the community and are encouraged to undertake various activities and hobbies to increase their confidence and sense of belonging. We have a lovely home that supports independence and self-care skills so the young people can be independent in the future. We are currently rated as Outstanding with Ofsted. Everyone that visits talks about how homely and child focused the home is.

What do we need from our Deputy Managers?
- Integrity and good character
- Level 3/ NCQ in health and social care
- Willing to work towards a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management
- Team leader experience within residential care
