Lead. Inspire. Make a Difference with this Exciting Opportunity!

Are you an ambitious, passionate, and confident care professional looking for your next exciting leadership opportunity? Join our growing Homecare Team and take the next step in your career with a role where you can make a genuine difference every single day.

This exciting position offers the opportunity to deputise across two well-established homecare services in Eastbourne and Seaford, both proudly rated Good by the CQC and long-standing, trusted partners of East Sussex Social Services. You'll be joining a respected organisation with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting people to live independently in their own homes.

Why This Role Stands Out

This is far more than a typical care management role. As Deputy Care Manager, you'll work closely with the Registered Manager, providing leadership and operational support across both services. You'll play a key role in maintaining our excellent standards, developing our teams, and ensuring outstanding care for every client.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy leading people, and are committed to delivering exceptional care, this is the opportunity you've been looking for.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
