Clinical Deputy Manager | RGN/RMN | Stockport
Are you an experienced RGN or RMN with Deputy Manager experience within adult social care and looking for your next leadership opportunity?
We’re recruiting for a Clinical Deputy Manager to join a well-established care service in Stockport. Working closely with the Home Manager and Clinical Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring high standards of clinical care, governance and resident outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the service.
- Work alongside the Clinical Lead to maintain strong clinical standards and governance.
- Lead and support nursing and care teams.
- Oversee care planning, audits, risk assessments, and quality assurance.
- Support CQC compliance, safeguarding, and incident management.
- Assist with recruitment, supervision, and staff development.
- Promote a positive, person-centred culture.
- Deputise for the Home Manager when required.

About You
- Current NMC PIN – RGN or RMN.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience at Deputy Manager level within adult social care.
- Strong clinical leadership and management experience.
- Good knowledge of CQC, clinical governance, and safeguarding.
- Confident leading and developing nursing and care teams.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
