Bath Brew House
Bath Brew House is one of the most unique pubs in the city. Home to our working microbrewery, an incredible beer garden, Brat Shack, live sport, live music and year-round events, we’re building something special and we’re looking for an ambitious Deputy Manager to help lead the team.
This isn’t just another management role. We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves hospitality, enjoys developing people and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
What you’ll be doing
Working alongside the General Manager, you’ll help lead a team of around 30 people, creating brilliant guest experiences while driving standards across every part of the business.
Your role will include:
- Leading shifts with confidence and energy.
- Coaching and developing the management and supervisor team.
- Delivering outstanding service standards every day.
- Supporting recruitment, training and succession planning.
- Driving sales through brilliant hospitality and operational excellence.
- Managing stock, labour and costs to help achieve business targets.
- Supporting the delivery of major sporting events, live music and seasonal campaigns.
- Creating a pub atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

- Leads from the front and isn’t afraid to get stuck in.
- Has previous management experience in a busy hospitality environment.
- Loves developing and motivating teams.
- Stays calm under pressure and enjoys busy services.
- Takes pride in high standards and attention to detail.
- Has a commercial mindset and understands how to drive sales and profitability.
