Are you an experienced clinical leader ready to support a well-established, Good-rated care home while helping drive outstanding standards of care?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Deputy Manager to join a beautiful nursing, residential and dementia care home in Shropshire. The service holds a Good CQC rating and is part of a growing, supportive provider with a strong focus on quality, leadership and continuous improvement.
Working closely with the Home Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the clinical team, maintaining high standards of care and compliance, and supporting the day-to-day running of the home. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse leader looking to make a real impact within a supportive environment.

About you
- Active NMC PIN (RGN, RMN or RNLD).
- Experience as a Clinical Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse within an elderly care setting.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations, clinical governance and compliance.
- Confident leader with experience supporting and developing nursing teams while deputising for the Home Manager when required.
