Deputy Manager – Premium Flooring Solutions (training installers & floor fitters)

The Role of Deputy Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious LVT flooring professional to join a market-leading business as Deputy Manager. This role will suit an engaging, customer-focused individual who combines strong practical flooring expertise with excellent people skills and a passion for developing their career within a premium environment.

As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business, working closely with customers, installers and internal teams to deliver an exceptional experience and maintain the highest standards.

You will be hands-on, using your technical knowledge and experience of fitting premium LVT flooring to support customers, demonstrate best practice and help drive quality across the business.

This is a varied role requiring a blend of practical expertise, customer engagement, communication skills and creativity. You will also play an important role in supporting the company’s digital presence by creating engaging content and social media videos across platforms including TikTok and other channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrating and promoting best practice installation techniques across premium LVT flooring
  • Supporting customers and installers with technical advice and guidance
  • Building strong relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders
  • Creating engaging social media content including videos for TikTok and other platforms
  • Showcasing products, installations and customer experiences through digital content
  • Supporting marketing activity by providing authentic, practical flooring insight
  • Helping to maintain the highest standards of quality, service and customer experience
  • Supporting the wider team with operational and commercial objectives
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement and brand awareness

The Candidate for the Deputy Manager role

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging flooring professional with strong practical skills, excellent communication ability and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Strong hands-on experience fitting LVT flooring to a high standard
  • A proven background within premium flooring installation
  • Excellent practical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • A customer-focused approach with the ability to build relationships
  • Confidence creating engaging social media content and videos
  • A creative mindset with the ability to represent a premium brand online
  • A desire to develop and progress within a growing organisation

This opportunity would suit an experienced LVT installer, flooring professional or technical specialist who is looking to move into a broader role combining practical expertise, customer engagement, brand representation and career development.
