Are you an experienced Deputy Manager ready to take the next step towards becoming a General Manager?
Be At One Regent Street is one of our busiest and most exciting late-night venues, and we're looking for a driven leader who thrives in a high-energy environment. You'll play a key role in leading the team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing peak-capacity trading periods, and ensuring the venue operates safely and smoothly every night.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven management experience in a high-volume late-night bar or hospitality venue
- Strong understanding of capacity management, guest flow, and door operations
- A confident leader who can motivate, coach, and develop teams
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences, even during the busiest shifts
- Commercial awareness and the ability to drive sales and profitability
- Ambition to progress into a General Manager role within Stonegate Group
