£1000 Welcome Bonus Available

Contract: Permanent, Full-time – 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum

Working closely with the Nursery Manager, you’ll help lead the team, maintain high standards and support the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery, with opportunities to develop towards a Nursery Manager role in the future.

As Deputy Manager, you will:

  • Support the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the nursery
  • Lead, motivate and develop the team
  • Maintain high standards of care, learning and safeguarding
  • Ensure EYFS, Ofsted and nursery requirements are met
  • Take responsibility for the nursery in the Manager’s absence

What We’re Looking For

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
  • Leadership experience within an Early Years setting
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A positive, supportive leadership style
  • Passion for Early Years and a desire to progress your career
