Role Description

The Deputy Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This position supports the Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, including supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring service delivery meets company standards. The Deputy Manager will help implement policies and procedures, monitor performance metrics, and assist with reporting and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling escalated issues
  • Maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Participating in recruitment, training, and mentoring of team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment

  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership or supervisory roles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Proven ability to identify operational issues, propose solutions, and support the implementation of process improvements.
  • Comfort with using office productivity tools and business systems; willingness to learn new platforms and technologies as needed.
  • Ability to work on-site full time in the London Area and maintain a professional and reliable presence.
  • Experience in staff training, performance feedback, or coaching is beneficial.
  • Relevant vocational qualifications or a degree in business, management, or a related field is an advantage but not essential.
