Are you an experienced Registered Nurse ready to take the next step in your leadership career?
FIND Medical are currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy Home Manager to join a well-established care provider within Scotland.
Role Overview
As Deputy Home Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in overseeing the effective running of the service, with a particular focus on clinical leadership, quality of care and compliance.
You will be a visible and supportive leader within the service, helping to ensure residents receive safe, person-centred care while supporting staff to maintain consistently high standards.
Key Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with previous leadership or management experience within an elderly care, nursing home or similar adult social care setting.

You will ideally have:
- Current NMC registration with no restrictions.
- Previous experience at Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, Senior Nurse or similar level.
- Strong clinical knowledge and an understanding of elderly care.
- Experience supporting or leading a multidisciplinary team.
- A good understanding of CQC/regulatory requirements and clinical governance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The confidence to make decisions and take ownership of clinical and operational matters.
- A genuine commitment to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
- The ability to motivate, support and develop colleagues.
