Join Our South American Adventure as a Deputy Manager

At Las Iguanas, we’re all about bold flavours, vibrant vibes and unforgettable guest experiences. Inspired by the colour, rhythm and culture of Latin America, our restaurants are places where great food, great people and great energy come together and our Deputy Managers help make it all happen.

As a Deputy Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to lead a high-energy team, deliver brilliant service, and keep the restaurant buzzing from open to close. You’ll run shifts with confidence, support and develop the team, and help drive standards across service, food and atmosphere.

We’re looking for a positive, hands-on leader who loves hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to bring out the best in people. You’ll be organised, guest-focused and ready to step up — someone who leads from the floor, not the office.

Whether you’re an experienced Deputy Manager or ready to take the next step in your management journey, this is a chance to grow your career with a brand that’s full of personality, opportunity and genuine team spirit.

If you’re ready to help lead the fiesta and make every shift one to remember, Las Iguanas is the place for you.

Why Las Iguanas?

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
