Deputy General Manager

Why This Role Is Special
As Deputy General Manager, you'll be the General Manager's trusted partner and play a key role in leading the restaurant's success. You'll help drive commercial performance, develop future leaders, and ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience.
This is more than a management role—it's an opportunity to build the skills, confidence, and experience needed to become a future General Manager.
You'll lead from the front, inspire your team, and take ownership of key areas of the business while helping deliver outstanding operational standards and financial results.

What We're Looking For
- Previous management experience within a fast-paced hospitality, restaurant, or retail environment.
- A strong people leader who enjoys coaching and developing others.
- Commercially aware with an understanding of sales, labour, and profitability.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Highly organised with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Ambitious, driven, and ready to take the next step towards a General Manager role.
