Clinical Deputy Manager
Pudsey, West Yorkshire
£24.51 per hour
36 hours per week – 12 hours supernumerary / 24 hours nursing
We are recruiting for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join an established care provider in West Yorkshire.
Working alongside the Home Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting the nursing and care teams.

About You
- Active NMC PIN with significant nursing experience within adult social care.
- Previous experience in a senior clinical or management role.
- Strong knowledge of CQC, clinical governance, and quality assurance.
- Experience coaching and developing care teams.
- Level 4/5 Health & Social Care qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
- Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
