Registered Manager
Competitive salary based on experience | Full-time, Permanent
You will lead our specialist residential children’s home for young people aged 11–18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties, ensuring high-quality care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the residential home and staff team
- Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of young people
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted and statutory requirements
- Build strong relationships with children, families and professionals
- Create a safe, therapeutic and nurturing environment
- Lead the service towards high-quality outcomes and an excellent Ofsted rating

Essential:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare) or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in an Ofsted-registered children’s home with a minimum Good Ofsted rating
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Enhanced DBS
Deputy Manager
Competitive salary based on experience | Full-time, Permanent
Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will help lead our residential services and support the delivery of outstanding, child-centred care.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the service
- Lead, support and develop residential care staff
- Promote safeguarding and high-quality care
- Support personalised care planning and multi-agency working
- Take responsibility for the home in the Registered Manager’s absence
- Participate in the senior on-call rota
Essential:

- QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with young people in a residential or similar setting
- Full UK driving licence
- Enhanced DBS
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
