Make a Difference Every Day
We're one of the UK's leading adult social care providers, supporting people to live fulfilling, independent lives through Residential, Supported Living and Complex Care services.
About the Service
Bridlington is a 12-bed residential service supporting adults with Prader Willi Syndrome, dual diagnosis and complex needs. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals. People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including shopping, feeding animals, beach walks and marina development, helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.
About the Role
As a Deputy Manager, you'll support the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and maintaining excellent standards across the service.
This is a hands-on leadership role, working actively across the rota alongside your team, with dedicated time allocated for office responsibilities. You'll support the day-to-day running of the service, help develop colleagues, oversee operational processes, and promote a positive, inclusive culture where both colleagues and the people we support can thrive.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
