Location: Cedar Grange, Main Street, Cherry Burton, Beverley HU17 7RF
Hours: 40 Hours per week

With over 1,500 dedicated staff across 25 homes from Morpeth to Milton Keynes, we provide care for nearly 1,200 residents – offering everything from elderly and dementia care to support for young adults with neurological or physical disabilities. What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting with the overall management of the home
- 1 day supernumerary and 4 days working the floor supporting our staff and residents.
- Leading and motivating care teams to deliver outstanding care
- Ensuring care plans are up-to-date and tailored to individual needs
- Handling staffing, rotas, and mentoring team members
- Promoting a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for everyone

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a Deputy Manager role within a care home setting
- NVQ Level 3 (or working towards Level 5 in Health & Social Care)
- A natural leader with strong communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for elderly care
- Valid Driving Licence and access to own vehicle, due to location
