Care Deputy Manager – Chichester Court
Location: Chichester Court, 111 Chichester Rd, South Shields NE33 4HE
Hours: 40 Hours Per Week (8 Supernumerary and 32 supporting the floor)

With over 1,500 dedicated staff across 25 homes from Morpeth to Milton Keynes, we provide care for nearly 1,200 residents – offering everything from elderly and dementia care to support for young adults with neurological or physical disabilities. What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting with the overall management of the home
- Leading and motivating care teams to deliver outstanding care
- Ensuring care plans are up-to-date and tailored to individual needs
- Handling staffing, rotas, and mentoring team members
- Promoting a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for everyone

What We’re Looking For
- A qualified Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN (preferred but not essential)
- Some leadership experience (or the desire to step into a senior role)
- A caring, confident communicator with great team spirit
- Passion for delivering person-centred, high-quality care
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care desirable
- Level 3 In Adult Social Care
