Deputy Manager – 24 7 Support UK Limited
Location: 24 7 Support UK Limited - PE1 4DA
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with potential to increase to 40 hours
Shifts: Combination of day and night shifts
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and committed Deputy Manager to join a children’s care service in 24 7 Support UK Limited - PE1 4DA.
You will support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding and support are maintained.

Shift Pattern:
- Day shifts: 9:00am–5:00pm or 8:00am–5:00pm
- Night shifts: 7:00pm–7:00am
- On-call support may be required to assist staff with incidents or issues
Requirements:
- Ideally Level 5 qualification in Childcare
- Level 3 qualified candidates will also be considered
- Previous experience in a children’s care/support setting
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and care standards
- Reliable, responsible and confident supporting staff and managing incidents
- Must be able to work a combination of day and night shifts
