What You'll Bring To The Team As Deputy Manager
- Extensive experience in residential childcare
- Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence
You Will Receive
- Salary of GBP 37,640 - GBP 41,315 per annum
- Bonuses for 'Good' and 'Outstanding' Ofsted outcomes
- 26 days annual leave, rising to 28 days, plus birthday, wellbeing, volunteering and festive leave
