We’re Hiring – Deputy Manager | Children’s Residential Home
Location: Coventry, CV2
Salary: £31,680 basic + £45 per sleep-in
Hours: 160 hours per month
Service: 4-bed Children’s Residential Home

Are you an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker, Team Leader, or Deputy Manager ready for your next career move?
We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a 4-bed children’s residential home in Coventry, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
You’ll work closely with the Registered Manager, helping to lead the staff team, maintain high standards of care and safeguarding, and create a safe and nurturing environment where young people can thrive.

What we’re looking for:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People’s Residential Care or equivalent – ESSENTIAL
- Children’s residential care experience
- Senior, Team Leader, or Deputy Manager experience
- Experience supporting young people with EBD
- Strong safeguarding knowledge
- Understanding of Ofsted, Children’s Homes Regulations, and Quality Standards
- Confident leadership and staff support skills
