Hourly rate: £24.51 per hour
Shifts: 36 hours per week (12 hours supernumerary and 24 hours nursing shifts)

About The Role
St Lukes, part of the Mariposa Care Group, is located in the village of Calverley, a pleasant residential area a few miles from the conurbation of Leeds and Bradford. St Lukes is a 28 bed Nursing home an all-ground level home with a friendly, welcoming and caring team.
As Clinical Lead, you will share our commitment to providing outstanding, personalised care for our residents. This will include the development of comprehensive, individual and detailed care plans, medication management and supporting the care and nursing teams in the delivery of our person-centred philosophy. You will champion professional development, and act as a lead, coach and mentor to our nursing and care colleagues.

With an excellent knowledge of the CQC, you will ensure our service provision meets full regulatory compliance and is safe, effective, responsive and well-led. Working alongside the Home Manager, you will also assist in auditing, budgeting and planning so that our home continues to be a fantastic place to work and live.

What we’re looking for:
- Significant experience in coaching and mentoring a team in the care sector.
- Experience of embedding robust and effective care policies, procedures and auditing/quality assurance systems.
- Understanding of standards of care, regulatory frameworks and bodies and relevant legislation.
- Excellent organisational skills in both your own workload and the workload of the team.

- This role is clinical and as such we require an RGN or RMN and active NMC PIN.
- Good standard of written and verbal English.
