About the Role: Deputy Manager (Residential Care Home)
As Deputy Manager, you’ll support the Home Manager in delivering outstanding care to residents. This leadership role requires a warm, inclusive, and proactive approach to nurture team performance and resident welfare.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day management of the care home
- Lead and guide colleagues to deliver personalised, high-quality care
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with residents, families, and staff
- Actively engage residents through social and leisure activities
- Foster a kind, supportive culture across the home

What We’re Looking for: Your Skills & Qualifications
- Clinical experience in a nursing setting
- Valid NMC PIN (essential)
- Supportive leadership style – champions team excellence
- Warm, approachable personality – exceptional communicator
- Experience working in care under pressure
- Full driving licence with vehicle access (desirable)
