Deputy Manager (RGN/RMN/LDN) Contract
- Pay: £24.57 per hour
- Hours: 38.5 hours per week, with 2 days working alongside the Home Manager and 2 days supporting in a clinical nursing capacity.

- Working closely with the Home Manager, you will support the overall day to day leadership of the home while helping oversee clinical standards, team development and the delivery of safe, person centred care.
- Balancing hands on leadership with operational oversight, you will provide guidance and support to colleagues, help maintain regulatory compliance, oversee care planning and ensure residents continue to receive compassionate, high quality care within a safe and supportive environment.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced nurse qualified leader who is ready to take on greater responsibility within a senior leadership position. Whether you are an experienced Clinical Lead, Senior Nurse or existing Deputy Manager, your ability to lead with confidence, support others and maintain exceptional standards will directly influence the daily experience of residents, families and the wider team.
What Matters Most
- Registered Nurse qualification with active NMC PIN is essential
- Previous leadership experience within a care home or clinical environment is required
- Strong clinical knowledge with confidence supporting audits, care planning and medication management
- Ability to lead, mentor and support multidisciplinary teams while maintaining high standards of care
- Strong communication skills with confidence working alongside families, healthcare professionals and wider leadership teams
- Professional, compassionate and dependable leadership approach with commitment to exceptional resident care
