Deputy Team Manager - South Oxon Older Adult Community Mental Health Team (OACMHT)

An opportunity has arisen within the South Oxon Older Adult Community Mental Health Team (OACMHT) for a professional and dedicated Deputy Team Manager.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced, full-time registered Mental Health Nurse or Occupational Therapist who enjoys working with Older Adults and wants to make a difference in the services we provide. We want you to join our senior leadership team to support our staff and patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide line management and supervision to other experienced clinicians.
- Support the Team Manager with service development.
- Hold a complex caseload to lead by example and maintain patient contact.
- Share skills and knowledge with internal and external partners including GPs, district nursing, therapy services, ambulatory care, social care, and inpatient providers.

- Committed to maintaining high standards of care.
- Strong understanding of the needs of older adults with a variety of mental health needs.
- Caring and committed attitude.
- Respect for the professional backgrounds and contributions of colleagues.
