Position: Deputy Manager

Location: The Meadows Nursing Home, The Meadows, Dornoch, Sutherland (IV25 3SF)

Salary: £48,000 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week (with 2 days supernumerary)

Responsibilities

  • Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home
  • Lead and guide colleagues to deliver personalised, high-quality care
  • Build trusted relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Take an active role in social and leisure activities to enrich daily life
  • Help shape a kind, positive, and supportive culture across the home

Requirements

  • Clinical experience in a nursing setting
  • Valid NMC PIN
  • Supportive leadership style that brings out the best in others
  • Warm, approachable personality, able to build strong relationships
  • Confidence in working as part of a team in a busy care environment
  • Full driving licence, with access to a vehicle desirable
