Deputy Manager | Fashion Retail | Salary Up to £30k + Benefits
We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Deputy Manager to join a stylish fashion retailer in Bromley. As a Deputy Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the team, driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The Role
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team as Deputy Manager.
- Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience and lead by example.
- Support all aspects of store operations, including stock and visual merchandising.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the Deputy Manager role makes a real impact on store performance.

About You
- Previous retail management or supervisory experience, ideally within fashion or accessories.
- Commercially focused with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- A confident and inspiring team leader who enjoys developing others.
- Passionate about exceptional customer service and ready to step into an Deputy Manager position.
- Energetic, ambitious and ready for your next career move.
