Deputy Manager

About us

At ZARA HOME, we create spaces that feel warm, inspiring, and beautifully considered. Everything we do is shaped by creativity, design, and a close connection to our customers. As part of Inditex, we move with energy and purpose, bringing new ideas, products, and experiences into store at pace.

The role

As Deputy Manager, you will lead the store with calm confidence, creating an environment where both customers and teams feel welcome, supported, and inspired.

You will be responsible for delivering consistent standards across the store, ensuring a strong visual presentation, and building a leadership team that is stable, present, and close to the day-to-day experience. You will set the tone for warm, calm service and create a store culture where people work together, communicate clearly, and take pride in every detail.

This is a role for someone who can balance customer experience, commercial focus, and people leadership in a fast-moving environment.

What you will do

  • Lead the store with presence, clarity, and consistency
  • Create a customer experience that feels warm, calm, and personal
  • Drive high standards across service, operations, and visual presentation
  • Build and develop a strong, stable leadership team that is visible and supportive
  • Inspire the team to notice the details, from product presentation to customer interaction
  • Encourage cooperation, shared ownership, and clear communication across the store
  • Use commercial and operational insight to make decisions that support performance
  • Embrace digital tools and help the team use them with confidence
  • Create an environment where people feel motivated to learn, grow, and contribute

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
