Heathfield Gardens
Heathfield Gardens is a residential care home located in Tibshelf for up to 11 adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

What we’ll give you:

- 40 hours per week. Shifts will involve mornings, afternoon/evenings.

About the role:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental goals.
- Handle escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.
- 40 hours per week. Shifts will involve mornings, afternoon/evenings. Weekend and Bank holiday working is also required.
Who you are:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Level 5 in Health and Social Care or willing to achieve.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
