Deputy Money Advice Service Manager
Are you an experienced people manager with a passion for supporting local communities and delivering high-quality advice services? Citizens Advice Northumberland is seeking a dedicated Deputy Money Advice Service Manager to work closely with our Manager in overseeing the operational delivery and team leadership of our money advice services.
In this crucial role, you will help manage multi-channel service operations, lead and develop advice staff, and ensure compliance with contractual targets and quality standards. Technical knowledge in Money Advice is preferred, but not essential.
There will be a requirement to work until 8.00pm during the week and Saturday mornings on an occasional basis.

Vacancy Details
Job Title: Deputy Money Advice Service Manager
Salary: £33,689 – £34,776 pro rata depending on previous experience within an advice setting.
Hours: As part of our commitment to being a flexible employer, applications are welcomed from candidates who are able to offer anything up to 37 hours a week.
Location: Ashington
