Opening Hours: 7am to 7pm, Mon–Fri

About the Role
As Deputy Nursery Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the nursery, supporting the Nursery Manager while remaining actively involved in practice on the floor. The position offers a varied balance of administrative duties, team leadership, and direct work with children.
Key Responsibilities
- Support smooth daily running of the nursery and room.
- Lead, motivate and develop the room team.
- Manage admin, record-keeping, compliance and IT systems.
- Ensure high-quality EYFS practice, safeguarding and strong parent partnerships.

What You Need
- Level 3+ Early Years qualification (DfE-approved)
- Strong organisational, administrative, and IT skills
- Extensive experience in a leadership role (such as Room Leader or Third in Charge)
- A caring, positive approach
