We're working with a well-established nursery in Wantage that is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join its leadership team. About the Role
As Deputy Manager, you'll work closely with the Nursery Manager to support the day-to-day running of the nursery while helping to maintain exceptional standards of care, education, and safeguarding.
You'll:
- Lead, motivate, and support the nursery team
- Promote high-quality learning and development opportunities
- Help create a positive and inclusive culture for children, families, and staff
- Support staff development and performance
- Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are consistently maintained
- Play a key role in delivering outstanding early years experiences
About You
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Experience in a senior nursery position
- Passionate about supporting children's development
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Committed to high-quality childcare and education
