Full Time – 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday
Full Year, Permanent Contract
The Role
We are seeking an experienced, passionate and Deputy Nursery Manager to support our Nursery Manager in setting up our brand new 0–3 years nursery — a central part of our growing 0–11 all-through vision.
This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in shaping an exceptional Early Years environment, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to a seamless journey where every child is known, nurtured and inspired.
As Deputy Nursery Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of our all-year round provision (8am–6pm), ensuring outstanding care, education and safeguarding for our youngest children. You will be part of Radbrook’s experienced Early Years Team, working collaboratively to deliver a warm, inclusive and ambitious offer for the Radbrook community.
