Working alongside the Programme Manager, you'll provide strategic direction, operational leadership, and oversight across a large, multidisciplinary programme. • Support the successful delivery of complex systems integration activities, ensuring quality, performance, and contractual commitments are achieved.
  • Drive effective programme governance, including risk, issue, dependency, and change management.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful collaboration.
  • Monitor programme performance, including schedules, budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Help create an inclusive, high-performing culture where teams can deliver their best work.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the long-term success of the programme.

  • Experience leading or supporting large, complex programmes or projects within systems integration, technology, engineering, aviation, defence, transportation, or similar industries.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and organisations.
  • Experience managing programme risks, dependencies, governance, and delivery performance.
  • Commercial and financial awareness, including budgeting, forecasting, and programme reporting.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present information clearly to a variety of audiences.
  • A collaborative leadership style that enables teams to achieve shared goals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
