We are looking for a passionate, confident, and motivated manager who can demonstrate an excellent understanding of operational management in Radiology.

About the Role

As Deputy Radiology Manager, you will have a key leadership role and be responsible for the operational delivery of all core services.

  • Form part of the Directorship Leadership Team
  • Work in partnership with the Radiology Manager, Business and Performance Manager, Imaging Lead Nurse, Governance, and Clinical Leads

Responsibilities

  • Require proven skills in sustainable service delivery
  • Ability to lead, influence, and build rapport and credibility with senior clinical and operational teams
  • Proficient in all elements of strategic planning to ensure operational and performance objectives are met
  • Ensure a patient-centred service
  • Promotion of staff training and development to establish a stable and effective team that ensures job satisfaction, retention, and creates a positive and attractive environment for future recruitment
