Deputy Regional Operations Manager
Midlands Region | Full Time | Company Vehicle/Travel Required
Are you an experienced operations professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, supporting frontline teams, and ensuring high service standards across multiple sites?
We are looking for a Deputy Regional Operations Manager to support our Regional Operations Manager in delivering operational excellence across the Midlands region. This is a varied and people-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about employee welfare, client satisfaction, and operational performance.
About The Role
As Deputy Regional Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of multiple sites across the region. You will regularly visit sites, engage with clients, support employees, and help ensure operational standards, compliance, and service delivery are consistently maintained.
You will also act as the first-line manager for employees working at locations without a dedicated Site Manager or Supervisor, providing leadership, guidance, and support whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Regional Operations Manager with the delivery of operations across the Midlands region.
- Act as the first-line manager for teams based at sites without on-site management.
- Conduct regular site visits to support employee welfare and operational performance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Produce reports and provide feedback following site visits.
- Assist with the onboarding, induction, and integration of new team members.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures.
- Identify, escalate, and help resolve operational issues and risks.
- Maintain accurate records and operational documentation.
- Conduct disciplinary investigations and meetings where required.
- Promote company values, policies, and best practices across all sites.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a motivated and organised individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Essential Requirements
- Experience in an operational, supervisory, or customer-facing environment.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a regional workload effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Basic IT skills.
- Understanding of health and safety and employee welfare principles.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout the region.
- First Aid at Work Certificate.
- SIA Licence (or willingness to obtain one, fully funded by the company).
Desirable
- Previous experience within security, facilities management, or related operational environments.
- Experience using reporting systems and operational management tools.
