Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Due to expansion, we’re growing again…
Bluebird Care Oldham & Tameside is looking for an exceptional Deputy Registered Manager or Senior Care Coordinator to join our growing leadership team.
We’re not looking for someone who simply wants another job. We’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about people, takes pride in delivering outstanding care and wants to help shape one of the region’s leading home care services.
Over the past 19 months we’ve built something we’re incredibly proud of. We’ve grown quickly, expanded into a second territory and continue to invest in our people, our clients and our community. Now we’re looking for another experienced professional who wants to be part of the next chapter.
Who are we?
At Bluebird Care, people always come first.
We believe outstanding care starts by looking after our team just as well as we look after our customers. We don’t cut corners, we don’t settle for average and we don’t believe care should ever become just another task.
Our mission is simple: to provide premium, person-centred care that allows people to remain safely and happily in the place they love most… home.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
