What You'll Do
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our colleagues & our guests:
- You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of The Barn. This will include team management, financial performance and guest engagement to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
- This is a role for a leader who wants to succeed, enjoys engaging with people and the art of delivering confident hospitality.
- You will develop a positive culture of ongoing and constant feedback in The Barn. Through taking a coaching approach, you will take the time to build strong working relationships with the team.
- You will be assisting The Barn Restaurant Manager in managing the day to day operations of The Barn. You will be required to plan ahead to ensure we are set up to deliver success, this will include looking at upcoming bookings, liaising with the relevant department for any special requirements from the guest and working closely with the team to ensure they are in a position to deliver great service to the guest. You will take full ownership of any guest challenges with the aim that we resolve this immediately and recover their experience.
- You will know how to deal with uncomfortable situations and you will be able to think on your feet and live the spirit of kindness and generosity before process when dealing with difficult situations
