What you'll do

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our colleagues & our guests:

  • Overseeing the day to day running of The Barn, including team management, financial performance, and guest engagement
  • Assisting The Barn Restaurant Manager in managing the day to day operations
  • Planning ahead to ensure success, including looking at upcoming bookings, liaising with relevant departments, and working closely with the team
  • Taking full ownership of any guest challenges to resolve issues immediately and recover their experience
  • Dealing with uncomfortable situations with the spirit of kindness and generosity
  • Fostering the development of our people and creating a sense of belonging
  • Evolving the offering to remain vibrant and captivating while bringing an element of curiosity to all our guests
  • Ensuring that the guests’ experience always remains at the heart of what you do through engagement, creativity, and passion

What you'll bring

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a 5-star luxury environment as a head of department in Food & Beverage.
