Deputy SENDCo
We are seeking to appoint a passionate and motivated Deputy SENDCo who is committed to providing an inclusive and rewarding experience for all students.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner and will have excellent subject knowledge.
The successful candidate:
- Have a strong commitment to teaching and learning in their subject
- Will be committed to providing an inclusive and rewarding experience for all our pupils
- Be an effective classroom practitioner committed to raising standards for all students
- Will be fully committed to enabling all students to achieve well and make good progress
- Have the drive and determination to motivate colleagues and students
- Will have a creative and energetic approach to teaching and management
- Good organisational skills
- Culture of high expectations and a strong belief that all can achieve
- Culture of support and feedback for staff
- Positive, supportive and friendly colleagues
