Location: Eggborough
Hours: 37.5 hours
Pay: £34,500 per annum

- Support the Service Manager in delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred support
- Lead, coach, and inspire Support Workers to bring out their best
- Empower individuals to live with confidence, dignity, and independence
- Champion people’s choices, goals, and dreams
- Bring positivity, patience, and humanity into every interaction
- Be the steady presence that ensures consistency, quality, and compassion every day
