We are looking for a Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse for Shawford Ward based at our Winchester Hospital for a one year secondment.
You will be willing to help lead our team to provide high quality, safe nursing care to respiratory patients working closely alongside the wider Multi-Disciplinary Team to ensure optimal care, utilising evidence based practice and treatment modalities.
What We Are Looking For
- Enthusiasm, passion and a desire to provide excellent nursing care for our patients.
- Experienced nurses with an interest in acute medicine, respiratory and end of life care.
What We Would Like To Offer
- Enhanced skills in Respiratory Care including the use of Non-Invasive Ventilation and looking after patients with alternative airways.
- Opportunity to develop a range of skills from the management of a deteriorating patient to care for those at End of Life.
- Fun, dynamic, compassionate team who will support your growth and development as a Staff Nurse whether you have experience in respiratory medicine or looking to build upon existing skills.
