We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and enthusiastic individual to join our fast-paced Acute Medical Unit on a 12-month fixed term/secondment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about leadership, education, and developing others, while continuing to deliver exceptional care to our patients.

AMU is a 32-bedded ward, caring for patients with a wide range of complex medical needs. We are a busy, friendly, and supportive team dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care. Key Responsibilities
- Drive excellent clinical quality standards by providing visible clinical leadership to the team, and support them in the delivery of high-quality, effective, and evidence-based care.
- Focus on patient experience, patient safety, and providing assurance that standards are met for every patient, every time.
- Committed to the on-going development of the ward and multi-disciplinary team working, and have the drive and passion to create an inspirational learning and working environment.

Requirements
This role requires you to be assertive, flexible, resilient, forward-thinking, and ready to develop your leadership skills in an acute setting. You will be required to take charge in challenging circumstances and support junior colleagues at all times.
