STORE MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER – LUXURY RETAIL
Central London
£35,000–£45,000 - Full-Time
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Store Manager & Deputy Manager to join a growing luxury retail business with multiple boutiques across West London, with a new location opening soon.
We are open to candidates at either level, depending on experience. The successful candidate will play an important role in driving commercial performance, delivering an exceptional client experience, and supporting the development of the team.

- Previous management or supervisory experience within luxury/premium retail
- Strong commercial awareness and a proven focus on sales and KPIs
- A genuine passion for client experience and relationship building
- Confidence leading, motivating, and developing a team
- A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the shop floor
- The ability to work within a growing business where processes are still developing
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the confidence to suggest improvements
- Arabic, Spanish, or Italian language skills would be highly advantageous

Package:
- Store-based commission
- Weekly sales incentives
- £500 annual bonus
- 37–40 hours per week
