Deputy Team Leader – Electrical Manufacturing
📍 Hounslow | 💰 Competitive Salary + Benefits
We're recruiting for a Deputy Team Leader to join a growing engineering manufacturer in Hounslow.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Electrical or Electromechanical Technician ready to take the next step into leadership, or an existing Team Leader looking for a new challenge.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the Electrical Manufacturing team
- Allocating work and helping to meet production deadlines
- Providing technical support and mentoring technicians
- Assisting with electrical assembly, testing and inspection
- Deputising for the Production Manager when required
- Driving quality, safety and continuous improvement across the department.

We're looking for someone with:
- Electrical or electromechanical manufacturing experience
- The ability to read electrical schematics and engineering drawings
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience (or someone ready to step up)
- A proactive, organised approach with excellent communication skills.
