We're bringing Forbici to Bluewater Shopping Centre, Kent, and we're looking for a Deputy Team Leader to help drive exceptional guest experiences, support the team, and deliver outstanding hospitality every day.

As a Deputy Team Leader, You Will
- Support the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and lead shifts in the Team Leader's absence
- Coach, motivate and develop team members to achieve their potential
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure service standards are consistently exceeded
- Lead by example, creating a positive and energetic atmosphere on every shift
- Support the training and onboarding of new team members
- Monitor service performance and help drive sales opportunities throughout the restaurant
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and wider management team to ensure seamless service
- Handle guest feedback professionally and confidently, turning challenges into positive experiences
- Help build a positive, supportive and high-performing team culture
